Warranty Policy

        Metalwerx Motorsports offers a limited warranty on all suspension components to the original purchaser.  This limited warranty shall cover craftsmanship issues and/or design errors should the situation ever arise. This is a brutal sport and we design our parts for us to abuse them in the harshest of racing environments. The reality is that trees and rocks will bend steel if you hit them with enough speed. We guarantee that our parts will withstand the same type of abuse we throw at them as long as they are installed correctly, not modified, and being used for their intended purpose. We will not replace your suspension components because your machine fell off of your trailer and bounced down the interstate at 80 mph... because you hit a brick wall/tree at mach Jesus speeds... because your machine was stolen, burnt to the ground, and then found by the police... etc...  Sadly each one of these has been attempted and while unfortunate, none are a result of poor craftsmanship.  I highly recommend an appropriate insurance policy to cover these types of accidents.  To file a warranty claim, please send pictures of the components still attached to the vehicle (if possible) to sales@metalwerxmotorsports.com.  Please include your name, address, phone number, and picture of the original invoice as well.  The customer will then ship the parts to Metalwerx Motorsports for inspection.  Once we've completed our inspection we will then call the customer to notify them of our decision.  Should we find that the part failure is a result of poor craftsmanship or a design flaw, we will then send a replacement part at no cost to the customer.  The replacement parts will be shipped in the same condition as the original parts. The customer will be responsible for any powdercoat/paint that was done after original parts were shipped.   

Return Policy

        All returns shall be subject to a 15% restocking fee with the exception of incorrect parts being sent originally.  If you wish to return an item, please send us an email and be sure to include your original invoice.  The customer will then ship the parts back to Metalwerx Motorsports where we will verify that the parts have not been damaged or altered in any way that could affect the re-sale. Once this has been determined, we will issue a refund.
